Many Yoga classes are available in Tokyo and its popularity has gained within the past few years. In a fast paced city like Tokyo, stress management becomes very important and Yoga is one of the great ways to reduce stress and anxiety. At Bodhi Yoga, you can choose classes taught by Tom or Joey. Classes are conducted in English, Japanese languages and are available for all levels making this foreign friendly yoga studio a fantastic place for beginners as well as more experienced yogis. Private, corporate lessons are also available. There is also a course for students who wish to attain RYT200 certification.
